Shakeout machine model RVP

Shakeout machine model RVP  are used to separate castings from the molding sand with further grinding of clods. This type of shakeout machines has a large carrying capacity and vibration amplitude, which allows them to be used both for knocking out sand-clay and cold-hardening mixtures as the first stage of the regeneration system. Shakeout machine of this type are made according to the needs of the customer's manufacturing process or are supplied from a standard model range.

About the product

The separation of the finished casting from the sand and flasks (if used) is a necessary step in the casting process using a disposable mold. The use of shakeout machines is the optimal solution for knocking out medium and large castings made using the no bake technologiy and green sand moulding technologiy using flasks. Due to the vertical direction of the vibration vector, maximum efficiency and knockout speed are achieved. The rigid design of the frame and base allows for a high carrying capacity.

In most cases, the shakeout machine is part of the Sand Reclamation

Knockout mixes:
sand-clay mixtures
cold hardening mixes (Alfa-set, Furan...)
Advantages:
High productivity
The use of wear-resistant materials
Reliability in operation
Ease of maintenance
Aesthetic design
Compact dimensions
Product design:

The shakeout machine consists of a body with a horizontally located perforated cloth, a base and a control panel. The canvas is a perforated high-strength plate with longitudinal bars. The body of the shakeout machine rests on the base by means of springs that provide vibration damping. The drive is carried out by two vibrators and is controlled from a separate control panel.

Operating principle:

Lump with casting and flasks (when used) are placed on the upper sheet of the knockout grate, by means of vibration caused by vibration motors, the clods of the spent mixture are destroyed and crushed. The casting, flasks and technological elements are removed, and the spent mixture, crushed to the size of a cell in the grate, is spilled down through the discharge opening for further regeneration or disposal.
