BRT-6M-2T Bunker of dischager with a telfer is designed for big-bags dischager with highly dusty materials, with a productivity up to 6 t / h.

All systems of the complex are designed to minimize material dusting during unloading and transportation of bulk materials.

-Closed housing with doors eliminates the spread of dust.

-The telpher with a monorail and a bag holding system allows loading from floor level and automating the process of unloading and storing containers.

-The receiving container with pre-pressing allows you to store unpacked bags and reduce dusting from their removal.

-Pneumatic sand conveyor allows you to transport material to the receiving hoppers without dust along the route

-Hand filter with impulse blowing and material return provides the necessary vacuum in the housing and receiving hoppers, and also returns the filtered material back to the pneumatic sand conveyor.

About the product

Dusting of bulk solids during unloading, transportation and replenishment of supply bunkers in many cases is a serious problem in many industries. This factor leads to a significant deterioration in working conditions, material loss, contamination of raw materials, high cleaning costs and environmental problems.

The BRT6M equipment complex is designed to minimize the negative factors associated with unloading and moving highly dusty materials.

BRT6M solves four main tasks:
Unloading soft containers (big bags dischager)
Transporting material to consumable containers
Preparation for disposal of waste bags
Suction of dusty material and return to the transport system

Operating principle:

The soft container (big bag) is delivered to the hoist's working area and is fixed with slings (handles) into the bag holder. Further actions take place in automatic mode. The loading doors are opened, the bag rises to the loading level and moves to the unloading area. The bag is lowered onto the opener knife, the contents are poured into a pneumatic sand conveyor and there is a cyclical, portioned delivery of the material by means of compressed air to the receiving bunker. After shipment, the empty bag is moved to the recycling area and dumped into a waste bag container. The bag in the container is compacted by means of a pneumatic pre-pressing machine to increase the capacity of the bunker, and the hoist returns to its original position for the next cycle. Throughout the operation of the installation, air is sucked out of the working compartment of the installation and receiving bunkers. Due to the reduced pressure in the working areas, dusty air does not enter the workshop, the material settles on the filter sleeves of the filter and returns by means of a screw to the receiving cone of the pneumatic sand conveyor. As the filling proceeds, the container of waste bags is undocked, the contents are removed and disposed of.
